31 allergens on our radar screen

People can be allergic, intolerant or sensitive to a wide range of allergens. Most of them are relatively easy to avoid. The most common ones however are often to be found in every day food ingredients, products and ready meals where you would not always expect them.

When sourcing and selecting products, we have 31 allergens on our radar screen. All of our products exclude at least one of these.

We keep an eye on the 14 allergens included in the new EU food labeling regulation (which came into effect on 13 December 2014), 10 extra allergens  contained in the LeDa-list (former ALBA-list) and 7 allergens which may be added to the current EU allergen list in the near future.
